The opportunity: We are looking for an energetic and empathetic person to join our intake team as a Client Success Coordinator.
In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, playing a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless intake process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to empathize with individuals seeking legal assistance. Responsibilities include answering phones, obtaining information from clients, and getting files set up for our paralegals. This person would work approximately 37.5 hours a week.
